If you havent tried the normal things like blessing the house or using sage to ward off bad spirits, then you have either mutiple occuring sounds based on past events still playing in time, or repeaters, or you have a presence linked to either an object, part of DNA still left in the dwelling, or a person living in the house. It's sorting through what is real and what your mind may make you believe it is, depending on the status of the environment. spirits have a tendency to feed off more negative thoughts and actions than when times are calm. Watch for activity on nights when you remember there being an arguement, or even reacting emotionally to seeing something shocking on t.v. or a movie can set you off for the whole night. Spiritsfeed off of that because it is stronger than calm emotions. Alwayskeep in mind that you and yours activity through out the house could sometimes strengthen the ability for the spirits to feed off it. Try to stay positive and always keep your camera rolling! Not to sound like I am smarting off, but do you have a question? What kind of help are you looking for?

The things you list don't sound particularly threatening or malevolent. If you just want to see if it is your imagination, get a reputable team in to take a look around. They can check for the non-paranormal causes (i.e. high EMF or carbon monoxide build-up) as well as the paranormal.

House blessings and such will sometimes quiet down activity. Some people and teams also specialize in "crossing spirits over" which is fine...AS LONG YOU DON'T PAY FOR IT. Good people will help you for free.

1) document everything that you observed. Remember to observe with an opened mind with the power of will. Show no fear.
2) Collect evidence by video or audio. Then have professional paranormal investigators to aid you in any way. Whatever it may be from a spiritual attachment or an apparition you dont want the situation to get worse. This is your home.
