At this point, I am well aware people have picked sides on which paranormal TV show is their favorite. I am personally open to all of them, but what is your favorite paranormal show?

Ghost Adventures, although lately they've been getting too Hollywood & inviting celebs in a lot of the episodes this past season. It's cool to see them, but the finale was not one of my favorites! I've been watching Destination Truth, Celebrity Ghost Stories, My Ghost Story: Caught On Camera & reruns of Psychic Kids, Psychic Investigators & Paranorma State, too! One new show I absolutely love is The Dead Files! Their method of investigation proves she's really communicating with ghosts!

I agree that they have been a bit "in the press" lately... I guess they are just trying to raise their ratings by inviting celebrities but I like ot better when it is just the 3 of them

I do enjoy The Dead Files! I like how they do separate investigations, then regroup & compare notes, which turn out to be pretty similar!

Destination Truth.
I don't watch too many paranormal shows except for the laughs. Some started out ok but seem to have gone Hollywood. Some are so bad they are not even laughable. They lead people to believe that every time you "hunt ghosts" you get something every time and that is just not the case. They do not show what really happens in this field and a lot is waiting. Not every investigation produces results. And I am also waiting for a spirit to bitch slap Zak Bagans for all the provoking he does which in my humble opinion is never a good idea.

I absolutely love Ghost Adventures, but I have to say that The Dead Files is my favorite because Amy can see, feel, and help what is going on paranormal in each location. Meanwhile, Steve is checking facts to back her up and clarify unanswered questions. Then, at the conclusion, they give advice on what to do and what not to do.
and on a side note, I am fascinated by Amy's talents and gifts and secretly wish I could do the same.

I'm a big fan of Ghost Adventures, but Ghost Hunters is #1 for me! I do miss Paranormal State though. As a paranormal enthusiast as well as an aspiring filmmaker, I think that show was put together very well.
