To me it's a bug or other particulate airborne matter reflecting back the light of the flash to the camera (a well known problem with digital cams), combined with motion blur. This is why I refrain from use of flash! Actually lately I've stopped using still cams all together...

From what I've seen this appears to be a bit of matrixing (where the human brain inserts faces into things, think Jesus' face on burnt toast) along with the fact that the camera was not held steady and is not in focus. What would really help a photo like this is to see a series of at least three, one shot before, this and the shot after taken in succession. This orb seems to be either dust/dirt or moisture...I'm leaning towards dirt in this one. That's just my opinion but hopefully it helps a bit!

I do not think much of orbs and I see very few I believe  are spirit orbs...but...this one has a very distinct and clear face. One of the best I have seen.

Wow, so weird. As I sared at that orb it seemed to grow denser and a face became really clear.
