On the behalf of DeVore Paranormal Research I thank you for adding me to your site the Haunted Society it is pleasing to see that you not only are an investigator but are making an effort to gather others alike together as a community because in my eyes I do not see the researching as a competitive game but as scientific research of finding that YES ghosts and demons alike do exist.

I would like to ask or add do you have a place where I can advertise or ask if there is anyone in my area or close to it (Alexandria, VA) that is looking to join my group I am looking for 2 new investigators. Unfortunately the person that I had, decided that it was not something that he could handle that he feared it to much. So I am stuck with being a one woman show again, which is not impossible but I am not an octopus and I am in need of new investigators and a researcher. As you know there is a lot that goes into it. But as of now I am running the show by myself and I would prefer not to be a lone all the time.. In case something happens you never know... So do you have any suggestions? Or anyone else for that matter?

But the bottom line is, is that I am very thankful for the add to your community and I hope to bring to the table my interesting finds on my research. I am not against calling it hunting but I have a little theory about that and lets see if anyone else agrees - I think by calling it hunting it is that you are looking to hurt or trap something and in fact its the exact opposite you are trying to prove that they exist amongst us there for what we do as investigators is that investigate and research so in my eyes maybe not all, it is not hunting at all but searching. This theory of mine may derive from the fact that my father is a hunter of animals and so I have a different opinion because of that. So that is one of the reasons I chose not to ever call any of my research hunts but simply investigations. Does that make sense?

My next investigation occurs at the Manassas Battlefield in Manassas, VA. I am doing a double investigation one during the day and the other at night. Now being that it will be outside I will need to take into consideration a lot of debunking because of animals, cars and people that are allowed to hike and tour the battlefield itself... Be on the look out for my findings on You Tube (a small clip) and the rest on my website that is in the works of being built by yours truly.. I hope to have it up and running to at least start getting people to know where the site resides before Christmas but I can only do so much LOL :)

I know you were trying to figure that out in one of your videos that she died possibly in Rhode Island and needed to get a message to someone and you had gotten possibly either her middle name Ethel or the beginnings of her last name?? Any more findings?

As well I thought it would be interesting for you to know that I am as well a New England girl originally grew up in Danbury, CT. I miss my home town.. And hope to return someday soon for investigations considering the home I lived in was haunted. And I hope that it is still clear since I had to bind what was there.

I am going to enjoy your site, once I have a chance to spend some time here.  As you have seen. . . We have been experiencing para-normal happenings for some time now.  I have so many photo's that I could post, and I think others will find interesting.  It is good to have a place to go to, where people don't think you are stone crazy. . . Or deal with people that have closed minds, and can't understand what is going on.
