well, i always wear a necklace with the crucifix on it just incase when i go into the attic, and :jennreedy Ghost adventures has been amazing, it has given me so much information, and knowledge of what i am dealing with, i hope the ghost adventures crew reaise how much they help people :)

Jenn Reedy is right ...e1 is worried about me ive told them i have been doing evps in my house for 8 months now i feel nothing is bad here but im in  a group on f/b one girl told me be extra careful she heard one of my evp's and it sounded disturbing to her ..she said if i have to go on 3rd floor protect with bible something ...but ive been up there have not been hurt in any way heard a spirit tell me plz go back down stairs i left dont want to disrespect in any way....

Dont stress out about your family no believing you, alot of us have been in the same boat as you. You know what you see, feel, hear etc. Dont rely on them to "validate" your personal experiences. Also, you might be someone who picks up on these things much easier than others, your family may not be able to ever see & feel what you do. Try to communicate, but be CAREFUL. especially in your own home, just doing EVPs etc, can esculate things. When you open your self & home up- you just never know whos gonna come in, ya know. If it has not been negative or done harm to you, it might just want to be acknowledged. Be firm, its YOUR home, tell them YOU are the boss. I hope it works out for you sweetie. I know it can be scary. & yes certain tv shows can help u understand things better, & be less frightened ( GAC) . good luck :)

I hear u in this house my childhood home my mom doesnt believe ive seen things that scared the crap out of me bags rolling in the hall footsteps ppl talking 30's music being played my name is called all the time the older male spirit is always with me i have over 900 evp's with voices on it woman talking children humming i also heard indians in my room shadows which are cool spirit lights which are very cool ..like Dwayne said start doing recordings and then u will have proof ..thats what i did ...my lights flicker every night at 10 p.m. and i tell them its 2 early im NOT going to bed it stops....

My suggestion. If you can get a voice recorder or video camera posted up in a room you may sleep in or the room with the activity to try to get some proof. Considering how the activity may happen in rooms your in or only around you this shouldn't be too hard. It will give you some hard evidence as well as show others what is happening in the home.
