When people hear the word "possessive" the first thing that comes to mind is demons!!!!! devils!!!!!! evil spirits coming

to get me!!!! I AM OUT OF HERE!!!!! Actually this is not the case. A possessive haunting is quite different. Have you ever

had and object that you loved more than life? Built a house from the ground up and won't give it up for anything? These

are the building blocks for a possessive haunting. People who are possessive of objects,people, or just about anything

can be candidates for a possessive haunting. We see these in the field from time to time. Houses are one of the most

common cases of a possessive haunting. Many people try to "cash in" on the possessive haunting by offering items,

keepsakes, and other items as "haunted". Many of these items are not, but some can actually have ties to spirits

for various reasons. Possessive haunting s are very similar to intelligent haunting s, they just have a more defined 

agenda. We see these type of haunting s a lot on various T.V. shows about the paranormal. In many cases, these

can seem like angry or evil spirits. Although there are incidents where the spirits are angry that they have lost

control of the item, dangerous actions are rare.
