My name is Rick Nordstrand and I have been the team manager and lead investigator for Death and Roses since it's

 birth several years ago. In my travels, I have seen several different kind of ghosts. Many have been intelligent, some 

 historical, and even a few possessive. Keep in mind there are three different types of haunting s by human spirits. For 

those of you who do not know these types, here is a run down.

       1) Intelligent haunting

      An intelligent haunting is just like it is said. You have a human or non human spirit who knows you are there, and 

 is self aware. These type of haunting s are common and are exciting, as responses are personal, and very real.

For many of us, this is why we do what we do. To make contact is both exciting, and scary at times. This is truly

what is referred to as contact. I mean let's face it, making contact with EVP and IR or UV cameras can bolt us

possibility into higher places in the industry we often dream of. These haunting s can also be very intense and scary.

The possibility of dealing with non human spirits or angry ghosts can be intense and stay with us for a very long time.

They even have the ability to end end some peoples interest and desire. Hard to record on on tape, and even harder

to record to camera, these type of haunting s are some of the most intense, and exciting of all.
